Two years after Sean Taylor's death, his mother and immediate family members are facing "Hardships":

It was reported that, Sean was hugely generous with his family during his life, but when he died intestate, his $5.8 million estate passed largely into the hands of his young daughter and longtime girlfriend; his mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, among others, were left out of the loop.

How can this happen? He wasn't married to his long time girlfriend and help me to understand the reasons why "his" estate wasn't passed down to his mother?

The rapper is featured in the new issue of NME. During his interview with "Ian Brown", he reveals that the "Blueprint 3" album was originated in "Manchester".

..Kanye West flew to Manchester in December of 2007, to give him the beats for this CD.

" That was the night 'The Blueprint 3' started...Kanye flew to Manchester to give me the beats. He gave me 10 tracks, already sequenced, like, 'Here's the album, just rap on it'. It was announced on his "Twitter" page that he has officially left the Warner Music Group and signed a new deal with Interscope Geffen A&M.

As a result of his departure, he will leave behind his Bad Boy roster and catalog!

His new album "Last Train To Paris" will be released through Interscope and not through the Warner Music Group; On November 24.

This should be great news for all artist currently on the Bad Boy Roster.

The video wasn't shown, but tour promoters included footage of the meeting on a widely sold tour DVD. Other artists on the national tour included Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, Eminem and Xzibit. The employees allege they never gave permission to record the meeting and it shouldn't have been on the DVD. The case was dismissed twice by local courts, but the Appeals Court panel ruled that a jury should decide."

Many websites are reporting that Beyonce Knowles threw Lindsay Lohen out of her dressing room because "she" wanted it for herself.

During Beyonce performance at the F1 Rocks concert in Singapore, she ordered her people to fetch the largest dressing area backstage.

As the host of this event, Lindsay arrived early and had "claimed" this room for herself. However, Beyonce ordered her staff to push Lindsay out of her dressing room because she wanted the space for herself.

Many reports are also stating that it was extremely hot in Singapore and Beyonce entourage wouldn't allow others to share her cooling fans.

Her rejection made other acts "SWEAT" and their performance suffered!

It was 90 degrees backstage and people were passing out. Beyonce's entourage refuse to switch on her personal air cooling fans because they were just for her.

A British DJ name "Seb Fontaine" actually suffered a heatstoke and he was quoted as saying, "We were told, ’No they are Beyonce’s fans.’ I wasn’t asking to play her drum kit on stage. I just wanted to keep cool."

...Oldest sons went to court in Nashville yesterday, to seek a share in their father's estate.

Steven L. McNair Jr. and Steven O'Bryan McNair filed separate claims at the Davidson County Circuit Court.

It was discovered that their father didn't have a will, after he was shot to death by his girlfriend on July 4th.

To date, there are no disputes regarding how the $19.6 million estate should be divided.

In a interview with OPRAH WINFREY, Jay-Z spoke openly about his estranged relationship with his so-called father.

Jay-Z's father, Adnes Reeves, left his mother when he was 11-years-old and shortly after they patched things up, he died in 2003. In actuality, Adnes Reeves isn't the biological name of Jay-Z's so-called father. Jay-Z's father is a hermaphrodite (A person who is walking around town appearing as a woman).

According to Jay-Z:

"I just felt anger at the whole situation. Because when you're growing up, your dad is your superhero. Once you've let yourself fall that in love with someone, once you put him on such a high pedestal and he lets you down, you never want to experience that pain again. So I remember just being really quiet and really cold. Never wanting to let myself get close to someone like that again. I carried that feeling throughout my life, until my father and I met up before he died."

Jay-Z had discovered that the man he believed was his dad moved in with his "lover" who lived 10 minutes up the road (not his grandmother) and this man never accepted Jay-Z as his son. Jay-Z became envious of his so called step brother and so-called father. This man and his entire family was tormented by "Gloria / Adnes" and most died from their sufferings.

Jay-Z revealed to Oprah that his father's younger brother was stabbed to death, in actuality, someone stabbed his so-call step brother to death!

According to Jay-Z:

"When I was nine, my dad's brother got stabbed, and my dad went looking for the guy who did it. People would call in the middle of the night and tell him, 'So-and-so is out here.' So my dad would get up, get his gun, and go outside to look for the guy. After a while, my mom was like, Hey, this is your family now. You can't do that. But this was my dad's baby brother. And my dad was in so much pain that he started using drugs and became a different person. So I understand that the trauma of the event, coupled with the drugs, caused him to lose his soul. When we met up, he was broken. He had a bad liver, and he knew that if he continued drinking, it would kill him. But he didn't stop."

A couple of months after their meeting, Jay-Z's so-called father died.

Many websites are reporting that Kayne West is preparing to check into rehab. Several sources are revealing that he's drinking too much and it's beginning to effect his liver and he won't STOP.

Funny - Abercrombie and Fitch has filed a lawsuit against Beyonce Knowles.

The retailer is totally against Beyonce launching a fragrance that relates to her alter ago, Sasha "Fierce".

The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in Columbus, Ohio, Abercrombie said it began selling its own "Fierce" scent in 2002 and trademarked the fragrance in 2003.

However, Beyonce Knowles filed a letter-of-intent application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in September 2008 for the Sasha "Fierce" mark in the fragrance category.

According to Abercrombie and their attorneys, a cease-and-desist letter was sent to Beyonce Knowles after they became aware of her intent, but the singer has continued to pursue the trademark. She even named her ultra ego "Sasha Fierce" and her clothing line.

A judge has sentenced the former gay porn actor for his role in the rooftop burglaries that took place within the tri-state area.

Reportedly, Keyontyli Goffney plead guilty to two counts of burglary and conspiracy and was sentenced to two already served days in prison and four years probation.

The two gay men have starred in gay (incest) filled porno films together and appeared on gay Internet websites.

Taleon, who was already serving 4 to 8 years for a 2007 burglary, was sentenced to an additional 3 to 8 years in prison after pleading guilty in July.

There are stories circulating around the internet concluding that the Beyonce / not so - swift incident was staged.

People magazine reports that:

Matthew Knowles, "...comforted Taylor and her family, and arranged the moment in which Beyoncé gave Swift a second chance at the spotlight".

Matthew Knowles later reveals the following to Us Weekly:

A gospel singer, who taught music to the schoolchildren of Minneapolis has pleaded guilty to raping a teenager from Brooklyn. The Brooklyn Park girl was 15 at the time the assaults took place in her home and his Plymouth home. The girl's mother discovered the sexual nature of their relationship after she learned he had given the girl a ring and after the mother read explicit text messages the two exchanged.

Gregory B. Washington, 33, of Plymouth, pleaded guilty Monday in Hennepin County to two counts of third-degree sexual assault.

Washington offered no statement to the court when he entered his plea but will have a "more complete opportunity" to speak about the crimes he committed when he is sentenced on Nov. 12th.

Also while on probation, Washington was a contract music teacher in three schools on Minneapolis' North Side. Nobody with the district ran a required criminal check on Washington before he was hired.

Washington was convicted in a similar incident in St. Paul in the late 1990s that involved another 15-year-old girl.

At the time of the St. Paul assault, he was the music director at Zion Baptist Church in north Minneapolis.

In February, a county prosecutor called the parallels between the cases "astonishingly similar."

"He leads a young female through the auspices of the church, had sexual relations with the female and eventually had a child with her," Assistant County Attorney Judith Cole said in Hennepin County District Court of Washington's earlier conviction.

According to Washington's online biography, he started recording with the awarding-winning gospel ensemble Excelsior, and he has shared the stage with Sheena Easton, Roberta Flack and Sounds of Blackness.

Following a "free" concert by rap Artist Jay-Z, two people were stabbed after a shoving match turned violent.

Last night at Marina City’s House of Blues in Chicago, the sister of an unidentified 20-year-old white male got into an argument with the girlfriend of a 32-year-old black male.

According to Chicago Police, “The women were exchanging words and it escalated to a small...shoving match. The men sort of stepped in and it...escalated to where the men got into the confrontation.”

The 32-year-old man, says Officer Lesniak, then stabbed the 20-year-old.

Scheduled performance on October 31st in Addis Ababa is cancelled.

Various websites are reporting that the negotiations have fallen apart due to a disagreement over live broadcasting rights of this scheduled event.

It's been reported that Beyonce’s manager agreed to a live broadcasting of only five songs from two-hour performance. In addition, he agreed to a performance fee of one million dollars and to receive an additional 150,000 dollars to charter an aircraft for close to 90 members of her team.

During Beyonce's last performance in Addis (October 2007), she was paid 1.75 Million dollars and only one her songs was broadcast live.

The deal to bring her to Addis was negotiated between the singer’s management company, run by her father, Matthew Knowles and New Way Inc., a Virginia based company owned by Dereje Yesuwork (Jambi) and his partner Endalkachew Tekeste.

Inside sources are revealing that the negotiations fell apart due to an inability to settle on the cost of her overall performance package.

Matthew Knowles was unhappy to know that Beyonce was offered less to perform more of her songs, as opposed to her first appearance in Addis Ababa.
