Funny - Abercrombie and Fitch has filed a lawsuit against Beyonce Knowles.
The retailer is totally against Beyonce launching a fragrance that relates to her alter ago, Sasha "Fierce".
The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in Columbus, Ohio,
Abercrombie said it began selling its own "Fierce" scent in 2002 and trademarked the fragrance in 2003.
However,
Beyonce Knowles filed a letter-of-intent application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in September 2008 for the Sasha "Fierce" mark in the fragrance category.
According to Abercrombie and their attorneys,
a cease-and-desist letter was sent to Beyonce Knowles after they became aware of her intent, but the singer has continued to pursue the trademark. She even named her ultra ego "Sasha Fierce" and her clothing line.
Let's say that Beyonce use to shop at Abercrombie and Fitch before she became famous.

Beyonce claims to be so business savvy when she lacks the "research" tools prior to launching a business.
Her camp didn't research the field before they submitted their patent application.
Abercrombie and Fitch offers better clothes then the House of Dereon.
she thought that she was doing something big by coming out with her own perfume line.

A&F has been in the field of fashion longer than Beyonce and her camp!
So she has a daughter name "Sasha" who shops at A&F and enjoy the scent "Fierce" so she named her ego "Sasha Fierce".
