It has been reported that Jay-Z added another 'out of court' settlement under his belt. Reportedly, the rapper sued David Ortiz of the Boston Red Sox for attempting to open a club titled, "Forty Forty" in the Dominican Republic. As you already know, Jay-Z has clubs within the states named, "40/40". The duo came to an agreement and settled their dispute quietly out of court.
