Rapper Nicki Minaj (..wearing another pair of colorful leggings) stepped out in West Hollywood last nite to grab dinner at The BOA Steakhouse. Read somewhere that the rapper had refused to take "moving staircases" as in escalators at a gala hosted by the National Basketball Players Association. The rapper revealed her fear of escalators prior to her performance held at the JW Marriott hotel:
