Haiti: One Year Later

One year after a massive earthquake shook Haiti and killed over 240,000 people, over 100,000 people are sickened with cholera that claimed the lives of 3,000. Over 1.3 million Haitians are still living in unsafe government issued tents and more women are being raped. Over $10 billion in AID have been pledged after the Quake but yet...less than $1 million has been received:

  1. Man this is sad, and it sickens me how the government continues to treat these people. All I know is when 2012 comes the evil elites and government will be history. I cannot wait because no one should be treated like this. All this money is going to these greedy politicians pockets and not to the people who really needs it. To the victims of Haiti you will never be forgotten.

  2. There are no words. It is painful to see how these people are living; they really do need a Savior down there. Its not right that they are living as refugees in their own homeland. SMH.

  3. It didn't cost to purchase tents. Many agencies sent them to Haiti for free.

It cost millions of dollars to fly peacekeepers to Haiti - but yet they continue to disturb the peace!

  4. Don't think ya'll understand how much free stuff is being donated and shipped to Haiti.

To be honest with you it is enough for these people to continue sitting on foreign aid.
