Christina Taylor Green



Nine-year-old Christina Taylor Green was laid to rest yesterday in Tucson, Arizona. She was killed during an assassination attempt on congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords and shortly after her death, her parents decided to donate her organs. It has been reported that her organs helped save the life of a child in Boston:



To honor her date of birth, the 9/11 flag, that was recoverd after the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001 in New York City, hung outside of the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton church prior to the funeral services.



John Green and son Dallas, the father and brother of nine-year-old Christina Taylor Green, arrived for the funeral of the nine-year-old Christina Taylor Green at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton church in Tucson, Arizona.

Her Brother Dallas Green wiped away a tear while seated next to his father John Green and mother Roxanna Green during the Homegoing service for their daughter nine-year-old Christina Taylor Green.



Bishop Gerald F. Kicanas acted as principal celebrant during the funeral service for nine-year-old mass shooting victim Christina-Taylor Green at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Tucson, Arizona.
