Alicia Keys 7th Annual, "Keep A Child Alive" fundraising event was held at New York's Hammerstein Ballroom (on September 30th). The events' mission is to support children in Africa and India who are suffering from the HIV/AIDS pandemic. It has been said that this event raised 2.4 million dollars and featured appearances and performances by Sade, Whitney Houston, Jay-Z, Beyoncé, Usher, Swizz Beatz, Jennifer Hudson, Janelle Monáe, and more.
