Since 2009, Volcom has sent a cease and desist letter to Roc Nation regarding the illegal use of their logo. The cease and desist letters went unanswered and as a result, Volcom has filed a lawsuit against Roc Nation.
This is the first time hearing this about Roc Nation illegal use of the logo. Damn Jayz thinks he can get way with doing stuff like this; he is in a rude awakening. I think this 2011 year of whatever is done in the dark is coming in the light because lots of Jayz, Beyonce and other celebrities dirt are coming to the woodwork.
