Last night, Ciara attended her 25th birthday bash held at Haze Nightclub in Las Vegas dressed in costume. Several websites are reporting that she was dressed as STORM (Halle Berry's character in the movie Xmen) - if you removed the contact lenses - she look a lot like Nicki Minja; just my thought.
