...The fans of "Public Enemy" has donated $50,000 to fund their next LP.
Many thought it was kinda odd for the group to ask their fans to provide the financial assistance. Originally, Public Enemy called on fans to contribute a total of $250,000 (in $25 donations) to cover recording costs, the fans responded by contributing over $50,000 for their upcoming project.
