After serving eight-and-a-half years of a 10 year sentence, the former Bad Boy "Shyne" will be released from the New York State Department of Correctional Services.
Shyne was arrested and sentenced for his role in the infamous Club New York shooting that took place on December 27, 1999. The parole board has confirmed that Shyne’s release date is set for October 6, 2009.
