Blue Ivy Carter

According to Billboard's website, Blue Ivy Carter has become the youngest ever to hit the R&B/Hip-Hop Charts. Three days after her birth, her father (rapper Jay-Z) recorded a track titled, "Glory" and posted this on his official website. The infant makes her debut at the end of the track with a few short cries. Shortly after, the song made a climb up to No. 74 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Chart. Source

    Billboard has lost alot of credibility from me seeing how Billboard gave Beyonce Millieum Award. Sad, poor little Blue is being pimped out by her parents. WTF? was the surrogate thinking giving her precious child to these devils.
