Hubbard, 38, was driving the water vehicle that crashed into Tameka Raymond's son along with an unidentified 15-year-old girl as they were being pulled on an inner tube by a boat on Atlanta's Lake Lanier, reported MTV.com.
ReplyDeleteDNR agents investigating the tragedy said that alcohol was not involved, but they do not know what caused the crash and depending on their findings, they may or may not recommend that the district attorney press charges.
