Editor-in-chief of Vibe Magazine Jermaine Hall has filed a lawsuit against owners of the website Lipstickalley.com. The reason; Jermaine is trying to locate the poster "BetonBlack" for publishing personal information about his family. With respect to the Freedom of Information Act, Jermaine is requesting the website to share registration information associated with the user betonblack.
