The St. Louis native 'rapper Nelly' is planning to host his 5th Annual Black and White Ball at the Chase Park Plaza on December 19th. According to their official website, Nelly and Lindenwood University's Black Student Union, and Plaza Motors are planning to announce the 2011/2012 Black and White Ball Scholarship recipients. These two recipients will receive a 4-year full tuition scholarship/grant to Lindenwood University. The 'net is at a buzz regarding this event because it always features great performances by Nelly and other performers and guest appearances by some well known celebrities:
