Many are being lead to believe that the rapper has purchased a private island as a gift for his wife's 29th birthday. The Island known as Hopkins (located in Big Pine Key, Florida) was listed for sale for 19 million (which includes $1.52 million per acre). Insiders close to the deal are not at liberty to discuss the deal made between the rapper and the estate.

Interesting, this is the same area where Jay-Z was Beyonce filmed the Deja-Vu Video. It's the only place where they both felt chemistry from.
