Two years after Sean Taylor's death, his mother and immediate family members are facing "Hardships":
It was reported that, Sean was hugely generous with his family during his life, but when he died intestate, his $5.8 million estate passed largely into the hands of his young daughter and longtime girlfriend; his mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, among others, were left out of the loop.
How can this happen? He wasn't married to his long time girlfriend and help me to understand the reasons why "his" estate wasn't passed down to his mother?
His ex-girlfriend is the Neice of the actor Andy Garcia.

Sean Taylor didn't have a will BUT he had family and HIS family NEED a LAWYER!
He WASN'T MARRIED and if i was his parents, i would GET A BLOOD TEST that will confirm that the little GIRL is his BIOLOGICAL DAUGTHER.
This entire situation CAN turn around.
