There are stories circulating around the internet concluding that the Beyonce / not so - swift incident was staged.

People magazine reports that:

Matthew Knowles, "...comforted Taylor and her family, and arranged the moment in which Beyoncé gave Swift a second chance at the spotlight".

Matthew Knowles later reveals the following to Us Weekly:

"It wasn't my decision to bring Taylor out...It was all Beyonce's decision. I want to be clear about that. My job is to execute and come up with some ideas, but ultimately that was Beyonce's decision...I can only say it was a proud night for me as a manager, but more importantly as a father..."I've always said the thing that makes me most proud about Beyonce is not how many records she sold or how many plaques she has or how many awards; it's that she's a genuine good person...I know it's hard for people to believe that she can really be that nice of a person, but she really is."

Beyonce has no brains! If it wasn't for her father, she would've accepted her award, thanked her family and moved on.

The opportunist has landed a multi-million dollar deal with the fragrance house "Coty" to launch her own perfume.

The singer was recently dropped as a representative for Emporio Armani's Diamonds and replaced by Megan Foxx.

According to Beyonce:

"For me, fragrance reflects a woman's attitude and unique sense of style...While I love various perfumes, I haven't found a scent that truly personifies me as a woman. Working with Coty, I was able to turn my ideal fragrance into a reality by creating an alluring and sophisticated fragrance; one that's reflective of my inner power."

Within the last three years, Beyonce Knowles has revealed the identity of her inner power slash persona and it's Sasha Fierce...right?

Beyonce and Matthew Knowles are expecting to net as much as $20 million with the next three years.

The unnamed fragrance will hit stores in spring 2010.

Gregory B. Washington

A gospel singer, who taught music to the schoolchildren of Minneapolis has pleaded guilty to raping a teenager from Brooklyn. The Brooklyn Park girl was 15 at the time the assaults took place in her home and his Plymouth home. The girl's mother discovered the sexual nature of their relationship after she learned he had given the girl a ring and after the mother read explicit text messages the two exchanged.

Gregory B. Washington, 33, of Plymouth, pleaded guilty Monday in Hennepin County to two counts of third-degree sexual assault.

Washington offered no statement to the court when he entered his plea but will have a "more complete opportunity" to speak about the crimes he committed when he is sentenced on Nov. 12th.

Also while on probation, Washington was a contract music teacher in three schools on Minneapolis' North Side. Nobody with the district ran a required criminal check on Washington before he was hired.

Washington was convicted in a similar incident in St. Paul in the late 1990s that involved another 15-year-old girl.

At the time of the St. Paul assault, he was the music director at Zion Baptist Church in north Minneapolis.

In February, a county prosecutor called the parallels between the cases "astonishingly similar."

"He leads a young female through the auspices of the church, had sexual relations with the female and eventually had a child with her," Assistant County Attorney Judith Cole said in Hennepin County District Court of Washington's earlier conviction.

According to Washington's online biography, he started recording with the awarding-winning gospel ensemble Excelsior, and he has shared the stage with Sheena Easton, Roberta Flack and Sounds of Blackness.

It was recently reported that Kanye West will appear along side Jay-Z during a taping of the Jay Leno's show.

Reportedly, Kayne West and Rihanna were only scheduled to perform. However, this might change...

You see, there was no plans for Kayne to chit chat with the host but following last night's chaos, it seems like Jay Leno is more interested in interviewing Kayne West, than Jay-Z.

Insiders are deciding to give Kayne West one more chance to apologize for interrupting Swift's acceptance speech to argue that Beyonce deserved her award!

He apologized via his blog, but has since deleted his apology.

It's been reported that the Hong Kong tourism board wants to turn Bruce Lee's former home into a tourist attraction. The current owner of the property is preparing to donate Bruce Lee's home to the government to become a living memorial to the martial arts star.

The property's worth is estimated at $20 million dollars.

Kanye West's career has fallen.

His latest outburst was directed towards the fans who voted for country singer Taylor Swift and not Pop singer Beyonce Knowles. At any rate, his rude behavior was totally unacceptable. I am sure Beyonce will look at this situation as an opportunity to "go country".

Word has it that Solange Knowles informed Beyonce of the backlash posted via Twitter immediately following this outburst. To save her @ss and fanbase, she restored Taylor's "moment" through "her" acceptance of an award.

Many websites are reporting that this incident was staged. Maybe it was or maybe it wasn't. At any rate, Kayne West rants are being documented and expect sales in his music and fanbase to decline.

After every rant, Kanye West apologizes. Here's part of the apology he posted on his website to Taylor Swift:

"I'm sooooo sorry to Taylor Swift and her fans and her mom.... I'm in the wrong for going on stage and taking away from her moment!"

Eminem has revealed that during last year's MTV awards, his barebum incident with Sacha Baron Cohen was staged.

According to Eminem:

"Sacha called me when we were in Europe and he had an idea to do something outrageous at the movie awards...I'm a big fan of his work so I agreed to get involved with the gag. I'm thrilled that we pulled this off better than we rehearsed it. It had so many people going 'nuts', so to speak,"
After the MTV awards was aired last year, Eminem later revealed that immediately following this incident, he went back to his hotel and 'laughed uncontrollably for about three hours.'

Ellen DeGeneres

Fox has announced that Ellen DeGeneres will be joining American Idol as a permanent fourth judge.

Here's what Ellen had to say:

"Hopefully I'm the people's point of view because I'm just like you. I sit at home and I watch it and I don't have that technical... I'm not looking at it in a critical way from the producer's mind. I'm looking at it as a person who is going to buy the music and is going to relate to that person. So I'm hopefully going to be that voice of what we're all doing at home,"

Following a "free" concert by rap Artist Jay-Z, two people were stabbed after a shoving match turned violent.

Last night at Marina City’s House of Blues in Chicago, the sister of an unidentified 20-year-old white male got into an argument with the girlfriend of a 32-year-old black male.

According to Chicago Police, “The women were exchanging words and it escalated to a small...shoving match. The men sort of stepped in and it...escalated to where the men got into the confrontation.”

The 32-year-old man, says Officer Lesniak, then stabbed the 20-year-old.

...has a role on the new television show "NCIS: Los Angeles". The producers of this CBS crime series hired LL Cool J to play the role of "Sam Hanna", a naval investigator.

Here's what LL Cool J had to say about his upcoming television role:

" . . . He's a former Navy SEAL, so I met with guys down at Camp Pendleton. . . . One of the guys that I was studying with was a [Marine Corps master gunnery sergeant]. Winfrey has effectively shut down Michigan Ave in Chicago. The shut down of Michigan Ave has become "the set" for a taping of the season premiere for "The Oprah Winfrey Show".

It's been reported that the Black Eyed Peas, Illusionist Criss Angel and Grammy-winning actress/singer Jennifer Hudson will make an appearance....

Beyonce Knowles

Scheduled performance on October 31st in Addis Ababa is cancelled.

Various websites are reporting that the negotiations have fallen apart due to a disagreement over live broadcasting rights of this scheduled event.

It's been reported that Beyonce’s manager agreed to a live broadcasting of only five songs from two-hour performance. In addition, he agreed to a performance fee of one million dollars and to receive an additional 150,000 dollars to charter an aircraft for close to 90 members of her team.

During Beyonce's last performance in Addis (October 2007), she was paid 1.75 Million dollars and only one her songs was broadcast live.

The deal to bring her to Addis was negotiated between the singer’s management company, run by her father, Matthew Knowles and New Way Inc., a Virginia based company owned by Dereje Yesuwork (Jambi) and his partner Endalkachew Tekeste.

Inside sources are revealing that the negotiations fell apart due to an inability to settle on the cost of her overall performance package.

Matthew Knowles was unhappy to know that Beyonce was offered less to perform more of her songs, as opposed to her first appearance in Addis Ababa.

The Ashé Foundation is known for its charitable work where they collect and distribute essential goods like shoes, clothing, basic necessities and services to aid the disadvantaged and underprivileged children of African nations.

On this date in 1996, Tupac Shakur and Marion "Suge" Knight was shot in a drive-by following a "Mike Tyson" fight in Las Vegas.

Tupac Shakur died six days later.

Jay-Z always wanted Tupac's fanbase to forget about his death and his music - so - for many years, he released new music to capture the attention of Tupac's fanbase.

...was arrested early this morning for choking and physically assaulting the so-called reality T.V. star Tila Tequila.

Merriman was taken into police custody at around 3:45 a.m. local time and charged with battery and false imprisonment. The "ladyboy" Tequila was taken to a local hospital for treatment for loss of breath and cuts to her face.

Timbaland

Timbaland has teamed up with the developer behind the "Grand Theft Auto" franchise to create a music-making application called "Beaterator".

"Beaterator" will feature 1,300 sounds and loops created by Timbaland and around 2,000 from the developers at Rockstar Games. This application will be split into three modes: Live Play, Studio Sessions and Song Crafter.

The "beat" application be will available for the PlayStation Portable on September 29th and the iPhone and iPod Touch later this fall.

Is dead.

The popular reggae and dancehall music producer from the duo Steely and Clevie died yesterday. Many websites are reporting that he suffered from heart failure at around 5 a.m. and died at 10:32 a.m. at Brookhaven Memorial Hospital in Long Island, New York.

Steely Johnson suffered from diabetes and last December he was being treated for Kidney Failure. It was also reported that doctors recently removed a benign tumor from his brain that was the size of an orange and he later contracted pneumonia.

Steely aka Wycliffe Johnson and Clevie whose right name is Cleveland Browne, have worked with many popular artistes and groups such as Bounty Killer, Elephant Man and No Doubt.

Coolio

Funny - Coolio has been hired to play at small venue in Colorado for a "$3,000, a bucket of chicken and a bottle of Patron.." according to the show's booker. This concert will be held on Sept. 6, at "The Deli Zone" a restaurant in Longmont. However, some websites are reporting this this event took place last night.

In addition, the restaurant has booked Bizzy Bone, of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony to perform on Sept. 19th.
